What is going on?

June 2004
Final seminar in Helsinki, where the results and demonstartions of the individual cases are presented. Possible new materials.
Representatives from each team (different categories) in each partner institute and one/two students are invited to the seminar.
Disseminating the results of the project and final evaluation of the project,
its positive and negative results will be done.

October 2003 - May 2004
The report of the project is written.
Translations to the national languages are made, if necessary.

September 2003
Meeting in Tarbet, Ireland, to analyse the collected statistics.
Use of expertise, if necessary.

June 2003
The information from the assessment questionnaires is collected in each country and will be sent to all the learning partners.
A brochure about our projects is set up.

January 2003 - May 2003
The e-learning courses/information packages are carried out by each institute and the assessment questionnaires are give to the relevant target groups at the beginning and the end of the course. The evaluation of this part of the project is done.

November 2002
The teams of each partner institutes are preparing the start of the e-learning courses, the interactive packages, their marketing, practical arrangements, etc.
Testing of the functionality of the website.

September 2002
A three-day-meeting is held in Brno. It is planned to decide on the content of the assessment questionnaires "Learning and Instruction through the Web and other I.T. applications".
Choosing the study materials/info packages from collected selections prepared by the staff in each institute.
Final decisions made for the e-learning courses, their timetables, plans for marketing, plans for informing the press and the local authorities, etc.
The outlook and functions of the basic website agreed upon.

August 2002 - September 2002
The project is prepared in detail. Contents for the chosen e-learning courses and information packages on the website are discussed. Preparatory work is made tofind relevant study- and didactic materials in each country. Ideas of marketing the courses are looked up for. A basic website is set up.

November 2001 - February 2002
The nature of the activity planned are described as well as the organizations involved in this activity.
A two-year-project to gain information and knowledge of the e-learning processes of adults and their tutors/teacher/study material writers is set up.
All organizations who take part in this learning partnership are to send their applications to their National Agencies.
