The aim of the project is to focus on building e-confidence among European citizens and getting information of the e-learning process of the learners and persons involved in providing e-learning opportunities for adults.

Furthermore our aim is to change knowledge about the current situation of e-learning and e-teaching in the partner institutions and the future plans in this field.

In this two-year project the partner organisations will offer a course on a freely chosen subject in an ICT supported environment. The students and the providers of e-learning possibilities will be evaluated with a common assessment sheet "Learning and Instructions through the Web and other I.T. surroundings".

The gained results will be evaluated together and results adapted to improve e-learning in the partner institutions.
Best practices are changed. A basic website for all participants is set up where everyone can make their respective contributions.

Two meetings are held; one to prepare the assessment sheet together in order to benefit from a common learning process.
The other is the final seminar where the outcomes/results are presented to all the groups who participated in the project.
